What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Once canceled, no further shipments or charges will occur. Your last package will still be delivered, and you’ll continue to have full access to the products you’ve received.

How does subscription payment work?
Payments are made automatically every 30 days. You’ll receive an invoice via email for your records.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes tracking updates before the package is physically delivered. Please wait up to 3 days after it’s marked as delivered. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to reach out to us.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is placed. However, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
